Preparation of cesium tungsten bronze powder and its near-infrared shielding/thermal insulation properties

Abstract
Cesium tungsten bronze powder and its thin film samples were prepared by solid-state reaction and electrospinning-solid-state reaction methods.The crystalline phase composition,micromorphology and near-infrared shielding properties of cesium tungsten bronze powder and thin films were studied by X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared(UV-Vis-NIR)spectrophotometer.Besides,the thermal insulation properties of the thin film were tested in a homemade thermal insulation box.The results showed that the particle size of the cesium tungsten bronze powder prepared by the electrospinning-solid-state method(namely samples were calcined directly at 600 ℃ in a tube furnace after spinning)was smaller,which was due to the presence of PVP which restricted the growth of the particles.The prepared powder and film exhibited better NIR shielding performance under the condition of ensuring visible light transmittance of 67.1%,and the near-infrared shielding efficiency was up to 99.99%.关键词
