Abstract

Given the frequent occurrences of land subsidence disasters in the salt lake area,along with the inherent difficulties in quantitatively assessing the vulnerability of transmission towers,this study addresses the problem by introducing an empirical model based on small baseline integrated aperture radar interferometry(SBAS-InSAR)technology to assess the land subsidence-induced disaster intensity of transmission lines.The model first used SBAS-InSAR technology to interpret land deformation along the line,and carried out on-site investigation of the vulnerability of transmission line towers.Then,it combined the particle swarm optimization and fuzzy analytic hierachycal process(PSO-Fuzzy AHP)to evaluate the disaster resistance capacity of land subsidence for the towers.And finally a model was established for the impact of land deformation on the towers,forming a vulnerability analysis method for land subsidence of transmission towers,conducting quantitative assessment and verification of vulnerability for land subsidence of the towers.The results show that the empirical formula for disaster intensity effectively quantifies the vulnerability of tower land subsidence,and the vulnerability calculation results based on the disaster intensity curve Ipm=0.1Dtot0.306 closely align with the actual tower deformation and damage.The proposed quantitative assessment method of vulnerability for transmission tower lines can serve as a reference for the subsequent governance and maintenance of towers.
