摘要

Abstract

Sludge is a by-product produced in the sewage treatment process,with the characteristics of high moisture content,complex composition,and high content of organic components.The cost of sludge treatment and disposal accounts for a large proportion of the construction and operation costs of sewage treatment plants and there are significant technical challenges.The physical and chemical characteristics of sludge directly affect the effect of dewatering and recycling of sludge,and the effect of sludge disintegration restricts the way of sludge disposal.This review summarizes the physical and chemical characteristics of sludge and their effects on sludge recycling and reduction.The principle,advantages and disadvantages of sludge disintegration technology are analyzed.Finally,the bottlenecks of different disintegration technologies are summarized and prospected,providing a reference for the research and application of efficient resource utilization and reduction technology.
