我国典型流域地表水中抗生素污染现状及生态风险评价
Pollution status and ecological risk evaluation of antibiotics in surface water environment of typical basins in China

Abstract
In order to understand the current status of antibiotic pollution and ecological risk in typical river basins in our country,this paper collects historical literature data and uses the risk quotient method to evaluate the ecological risk of antibiotic pollution.The results are as follows:①MLs antibiotics have the highest detected concentration in the Liaohe River Basin(201.88 ng/L),SAs antibiotics have the highest detected concentration in the Taihu Lake Basin(22.70 ng/L),and QNs antibiotics have the highest detected concentration in the downstream of the Yellow River,Haihe River Basin,upstream of the Yangtze River,and downstream of the Pearl River,and the detected concentrations are 123.89、248.66、108.20、113.00 ng/L;②the dry season concentrations of antibiotics in the Liaohe River,downstream of the Yellow River,Haihe River Basin,Taihu Lake,upstream of the Yangtze River,and downstream of the Pearl River are 1.76,1.64,1.48,4.59,7.36 and 1.73 times higher than those in the rainy season,respectively;③antibiotics in the six major river basins pose a medium to high risk to algae,with the highest risk in the lower Pearl River(6.06),followed by the upper Yangtze River(5.61),Haihe River Basin(4.74),the lower Yellow River(3.76),the Liaohe River Basin(the area within Liaoning Province)(2.83),and the lowest risk in the Taihu Lake Basin(0.76).This study provides some scientific references for further understanding and assessment of antibiotic pollution and its ecological risk in the water environment of various river basins in China.关键词
