中国加快建设亚太天然气区域定价中心的思考与建议
Reflections and suggestions on China's acceleration of building a regional pricing center for natural gas in the Asia-Pacific region

Abstract
Natural gas trading has entered the era of pricing centers since no pricing centers means a lack of pricing power.In order to safeguard the development of China's natural gas industry,the basic definition and functions of a pricing center should be clarified.The construction of an Asia-Pacific natural gas regional pricing center should be accelerated by referring to the development history and experience of pricing centers in Europe and the United States using China's good foundation in the Asia-Pacific market.The paper proposes that urgently deepening and systematically pushing forward natural gas market-oriented reform,building natural gas trading hubs by combining the real and the virtual to accelerate the formation of the benchmark hub,improving the natural gas production,supply,storage,and marketing systems to form a fully competitive market foundation for both buyers and sellers,adhering to the strategy of"natural gas RMB"and synergistically developing the right to speak on pricing and the internationalization of RMB,making full use of China's favorable location to deepen international cooperation in natural gas trading,accelerating the construction of a futures trading system,as well as the introduction of standardized contracts and price reporting agencies,and speeding up the formation of a unified natural gas energy measurement and pricing system to achieve international convergence.关键词
