Asprosin and cardiovascular metabolic diseases,regulation of exercise
摘要
Abstract
Cardiometabolic disease(CMD)is a general term for metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases.Asprosin(ASP),as a new adipokine,is involved in the occurrence of CMD such as obesity,type 2 diabetes mellitus,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,coronary artery disease due to its high circulating levels and biological functions such as appetite promotion,glucose elevation,and pro-inflammatory effects.Exercise can reduce serum ASP levels in CMD patients and may further reduce inflamma-tory response and lipid deposition through TLR4/NF-κB pathway,regulateing blood sugar through AMPK/TGF-β mediated by PKA,and improving cardiovascular function through TGF-β-Smad2/3 pathways.This article provides a review on the role and possible mechanisms of ASP in CMD,as well as the regulation of exercise.关键词
