摘要

Abstract

Ozone-based advanced oxidation processes are efficient for wastewater treatment.However,it suffers from limited gas-liquid mass transfer and low utilization of ozone.Microreactors are quite advantageous in promoting fluid mixing and improving gas-liquid mass transfer.When combined with ozone-based advanced oxidation processes,they present a promising opportunity to improve wastewater treatment outcomes.This paper starts with a brief overview of microreactors and then reviews the research progress of the gas-liquid flow characteristics,mixing efficiency,and gas-liquid mass transfer coefficients in typical microreactors.It then goes into detail about the studies conducted on ozone-based advanced oxidation processes for wastewater treatment using a variety of microreactors,including T-shaped microchannel reactors,millimeter-scale tubular reactors,Corning microchannel reactors,microporous tube-in-tube microchannel reactors,and micro-packed bed reactors.It concludes by summarizing and outlining the future of ozone-based advanced oxidation processes in microreactors.
