摘要

Abstract

Oil-based drilling cuttings,composed of solid waste in formation and drilling fluids,is a common hazardous waste produced during the use of oil-based drilling fluids.Current treatment technologies for oil-based drilling cuttings,with oil-solid separation as the core idea,involve thermal treatment,extraction treatment,biological treatment,and other methods,having achieved industrial-scale applications.Based on the composition characteristics and relevant policies on treating it,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of traditional treatment technologies in terms of comprehensive energy consumption,treatment efficiency,and secondary environmental protection.It reviewed the research progress in new treatment technologies like co-thermal treatment,supercritical fluid extraction,and surfactant-enhanced bioremediation.Finally,it expounded on the development directions of treatment technologies in the future.
