榴莲壳活性炭的合成及其对孔雀石绿染料的吸附性能
Synthesis of durian shell-based activated carbon and its adsorption ability on malachite green dye

Abstract
Activated carbon prepared from durian shells was used to adsorb cationic organic malachite green dye.SEM,FTIR,and some other methods were used to characterize the durian shell-based activated carbon.This paper investigated the effects of adsorption temperature,adsorption time,initial solution pH,the addition amount of durian shell-based activated carbon,malachite green mass concentration,and others on the adsorption ability of the activated carbon on the material.Characterization results show that the prepared activated carbon has a favorable adsorption ability with a well-developed pore structure.According to the experimental results,the best conditions for absorbing malachite green include a temperature of 25℃,an adsorption time of 360 min,an initial solution pH of 6,an addition amount of durian shell-based activated carbon of 40 mg/L,and an initial malachite green mass concentration of 200 mg/L.Under the above conditions,the capacity of adsorbing malachite green by the activated carbon is 186 mg/g,and the removal rate of malachite green reaches 91.8%.关键词
