Abstract

Alkyl polyglucoside(APG)aqueous solution was used as the solvent of Sudan Ⅰ(SDⅠ).The factors affecting the dissolution of SDⅠ were investigated,and the performance and mechanism of photocatalytic degradation of SDⅠ under sunlight by the prepared Ag-Ag2O-AgCl/GO-CA composite photocatalytic material were discussed.SDⅠexhibits good solubility in APG aqueous solution(volume fraction 0.7%)after ultrasonic(80 W)treatment for 10 min and heating(100℃)treatment for 30 min.The visible light characteristic absorption peak of APG aqueous solution of SDⅠ is less affected by APG at 484 nm,which can be used as the basis for its detection.Under the conditions of initial concentration of 10 mg/L,initial pH 4,and reaction temperature of 30℃,SDⅠ can be completely removed after 60 min of sunlight irradiation.The photocatalytic degradation process conforms to the pseudo-first-order reaction kinetic equation.The composite photocatalytic material has a strong absorption capacity for SDⅠ in the ultraviolet and visible light regions.Superoxide radicals(·O2-)and photo-generated electron-holes(h+)are the main active species for SDⅠ degradation.
