摘要
Abstract
Oxygen-enriched side-blown process was employed for the resourceful treatment of valuable metal hazardous wastes. In the meanwhile, collaborative disposal was carried out on high-heating organic hazardous wastes, bottom slag from hazardous waste incineration, and fly ash from waste incineration.Pollutant emission in the flue gas was investigated during the collaborative disposal process.Besides, the content of the glass, acid loss rate, and leaching toxicity in the water-quenched slag were analyzed. The experimental results show that under the conditions of a feeding amount of 10.0 t/h for valuable metal hazardous wastes,a feeding amount of 0.5-2.0 t/h for high-heating organic hazardous wastes or a feeding amount of 1.0-2.0 t/h for incineration bottom slag and fly ash,the mass concentrations of particulate matter,CO,NOx,SO2 and HCl in the flue gas can all meet the requirements of the standard of GB 18484-2020.Glass content in the produced water-quenched slag is 89%-95%,and the acid loss ratio is 1.16%-2.03%,both meeting the requirements of the standard of GB/T 41015-2021.The leaching toxicity of the water-quenched slag meets the requirements of the standard of GB 5085.3-2007.关键词
