重金属污染疏浚底泥免烧生态砖资源化及污染控制研究
Resource utilization and pollution control of baking-free ecological brick from heavy metal contaminated sediment

Abstract
Baking-free ecological bricks were prepared with heavy metal contaminated sediment as the raw material.The influence of preparation conditions on their properties was investigated,and the pollution control effect and strength formation mechanism were analyzed through heavy metal leaching concentration,XRD,and SEM techniques.The results show that the compressive strength,water absorption rate and softening coefficient of baking-free ecological bricks are 19-21 MPa,15.0%-16.0%and 0.90-0.95,respectively,under the optimal parameters of dredging sediment addition(w)of 40%,medium coarse sand addition of 15%,cementitious materials addition of 45%(relative cement and quicklime content of 85∶15),water solid ratio of 12%(w),and molding pressure of 10 MPa.The baking-free ecological bricks meet the MU15 grade standard in JC/T 422-2007.The leaching concentrations of Cu,Pb,and Ni,are 0.032,0.089,and 0.022 mg/L,respectively,much lower than the standard values in the national standard of GB 5085.3-2007.The preparation of baking-free ecological bricks from heavy metal contaminated sediment not only achieves resource utilization but also solidifies and stabilizes heavy metals.关键词
