鼻咽癌放疗患者社会限制的潜在剖面及影响因素分析
Analyses of latent profiles and influencing factors for social constraints in patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics and influencing factors for social constrains in patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 204 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the Department of Radiotherapy of a Class Ⅲ Level A Hospital in Guangxi were selected as the research subjects by the convenience sampling method.General data inventory,Social Constraints Scale,Medical Outcomes Study Social Support Scale,and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale were employed to perform questionnaire investigation.The latent profiles analysis was performed on social constrains in patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and the influencing factors for latent profiles of patients were analyzed by the univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression model.Results Social constrains of patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma presented as medium-low level.Social constrains of patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma could be assigned to 2 latent profiles,and they were named as low social constrains-effective persuasion type(81.4%)and high social constrains-avoidance communication type(18.6%),respectively.Age,educational level,medical insurance status,nursing status,social support level,anxiety and depression levels were the influencing factors for social constrain latent profiles in patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion There is heterogeneity in social constrains of patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Clinical medical and nursing personnel can provide individualized intervention according to different social constrains characteristics and influencing factors of patients,so as to decrease the level of social constrains of patients.关键词
