Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of acupuncture therapy combined with Modified Sini Powder in the treatment of senile anxiety disorder combined with liver depression and spleen deficiency insomnia.Methods From Jan-uary 2023 to January 2024,100 patients with senile anxiety disorder complicated with insomnia in Zibo Wanjie Cancer Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to ran-dom number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Modified Sini Powder,and the study group was treated with acupuncture therapy combined with Modified Sini Powder.The clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,serum CD4+,CD8+,nature killer cell(NK)level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,self-rating anxiety disorder scale(SAS)score,rapid eye movement sleep period time and incidence of adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PSQI score,serum CD4+,CD8+,NK level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,SAS score and rapid eye movement sleep period time between two groups(P＞0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate,serum CD4+and NK level of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the total effective rate,serum CD4+and NK level of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the PSQI score,serum CD8+level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and SAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the PSQI score,serum CD8+level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and SAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the rapid eye movement sleep period time in the two groups was longer than that before treatment,and the rapid eye movement sleep period time in the study group was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy combined with Modified Sini Powder is more effective in the treatment of senile anxiety disorder combined with insomnia,which can reduce anxiety disorder symptoms,regulate immune function more ef-fectively,improve sleep quality and prolong sleep time,and has safety.关键词
