赣州市三级医院老年护理质量评价指标体系的构建
Construction of geriatric nursing quality evaluation index system in ter-tiary hospitals of Ganzhou City
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the establishment of the evaluation index system of geriatric nursing quality in tertiary hospitals of Ganzhou City.Methods Combined with semi-structured interview and literature review,an expert consultation questionnaire was designed for the evaluation index system of geriatric nursing quality.Through the objective sampling method,22 experts with rich experience in the clinical and management fields of geriatric nursing were selected for two rounds of consultation,and the index system was revised and evaluated by the integration of expert opinions and the index boundary screening method.Results In both rounds of consultation,the positive coefficient of experts was 1.000,indicating high partici-pation of experts.The expert authority coefficients were 0.846 and 0.858 respectively,indicating that the expert opinions had high authority.The overall coordination coefficients of expert consultation were 0.654 and 0.672,respectively,reflecting a good consistency of expert opinions.Finally,the evaluation index system of aged care quality was constructed,which included 3 primary indexes,8 secondary indexes and 29 tertiary indexes.Conclusion The construction of geriatric nursing quality eval-uation index system in tertiary hospitals of Ganzhou City comprehensively considers the special needs and actual situation of geriatric nursing,emphasizes the quality monitoring of all links in the nursing process,can effectively guide clinical nursing practice and improve the quality of geriatric nurs-ing service,and has important clinical application value.关键词
