神经根型颈椎病患者恐动症现状及其影响因素研究
Study on the status and influencing factors of kinetophobia in patients with cervical radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status of agoraphobia and its influencing factors in patients with neurogenic cervical spondylosis(CSR).Methods A total of 200 patients with CSR in the spine surgery department and inpatient de-partment of Heyuan Hospital,Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method.The self-developed general Information questionnaire,Tampa scale for kinesophobia(TSK),visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain,general scale for self-efficacy(GSES)and social support rating scale(SSRS)were used to investigate,Patients with TSK score＞37 were included in the kinesophobia group,and patients with TSK score≤37 were included in the non-kinesophobia group.The influencing factors of kinesophobia were analyzed by uni-variate and multivariate logistic regression.Results The scores of 200 patients with CSR were(41.89±4.73)points,among which 138 patients(69％)with CSR had a high incidence of kinesophobia.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that educational level(β=-0.619,OR=0.538,95％CI:0.402-0.721)and self-efficacy(β=-0.741,OR=0.477,95％CI:0.250-0.909)and social support(β=-0.121,OR=0.886,95％CI:0.810-0.968)were protective factors for kinesophobia in patients with CSR,and years of pain(β=0.650,OR=1.915,95％CI:1.202-3.050),pain degree(β=0.317,OR=1.373,95％CI:1.069-1.763)was the risk factor for kinetophobia in patients with CSR(P＜0.05).Conclusion The incidence of agoraphobia in CSR patients is high,which is affected by pain level,years of experience and education,self-efficacy,and level of social support,and caregivers should take appropriate measures to prevent and reduce agoraphobia in response to the above factors.关键词
