基于KANO模型的肝癌晚期患者灵性照护需求分析
Analysis of spiritual care needs of patients with advanced liver cancer based on KANO model
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the spiritual care needs of patients with advanced liver cancer based on KANO model.Methods A total of 96 patients with advanced liver cancer were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023,and the attributes of spiritual care needs of patients with ad-vanced liver cancer were analyzed by KANO model's need attribute classification and Better-Worse two-dimensional ma-trix,and the most sensitive elements needing improvement were screened and identified.Results Teaching me ways to draw or write about my spiritual world,talking to me about meditation or helping me meditate,and listening to my life story were the top three sensitive needs.Conclusion It is suggested that medical staff should further reform the demand for innovative surprise attribute on the premise of consolidating and improving the basic and linear attribute spiritual care needs,so as to optimize the analysis of irrelevant attribute needs.关键词
