基于KANO模型的肝癌晚期患者灵性照护需求分析OA
Analysis of spiritual care needs of patients with advanced liver cancer based on KANO model
目的 基于KANO模型对肝癌晚期患者灵性照护需求进行分析.方法 选取2021年3月至2023年3月江西中医药大学附属医院的96例肝癌晚期患者作为研究对象,通过KANO模型需求属性分类、Better-Worse二维矩阵分析肝癌晚期患者灵性照护需求属性,筛选确定最敏感和需要改进的要素.结果 教我绘制或写出我的精神世界的方法、与我探讨冥想看法或帮助我冥想、聆听我的人生故事,是灵敏度最高的3个需求.结论 提示医护人员应在巩固完善基本、线性属性灵性照护需求的前提下,进一步改造创新惊喜属性需求,从而优化分析无关属性需求.
Objective To analyze the spiritual care needs of patients with advanced liver cancer based on KANO model.Methods A total of 96 patients with advanced liver cancer were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023,and the attributes of spiritual care needs of patients with ad-vanced liver cancer were analyzed by KANO model's need attribute classification and Better-Worse two-dimensional ma-trix,and the most sensitive elements needing improvement were screened and identified.Results Teaching me ways to draw or write about my spiritual world,talking to me about meditation or helping me meditate,and listening to my life story were the top three sensitive needs.Conclusion It is suggested that medical staff should further reform the demand for innovative surprise attribute on the premise of consolidating and improving the basic and linear attribute spiritual care needs,so as to optimize the analysis of irrelevant attribute needs.
