基于手术穴位操的个体化护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing based on hand acupoint exercise in pa-tients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia treated in Jiangxi Mental Health Center from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=40)and obser-vation group(n=40)by dynamic randomization method.The observation group was treated with individualized nursing based on hand acupoint exercise,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.Psychiatric symptoms(positive and neg-ative syndrome scale[PANSS]),cognitive function(repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status[RBANS]),individual and social function(personal and social performance scale[PSP])were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in PANSS,RBANS and PSP scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the PANSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the PANSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the scores of RBANS and PSP in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Individualized nursing based on hand acupoint exercise can improve cognitive function and social function in patients with schizophrenia.
