悬灸结合集束化护理改善宫颈癌根治术后康复进程影响的临床研究
Clinical study on the effect of suspension moxibustion combined with clus-ter nursing on the rehabilitation process after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of suspension moxibustion combined with cluster nursing in patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 for radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer were selected as the research objects,and they were di-vided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received cluster nursing,the observation group received suspension moxibustion on the basis of cluster nurs-ing,and the patients in both groups received continuous nursing for 2 weeks.The postoperative recovery process,psycholog-ical state,self-efficacy level,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first anal exhaust,postoperative incision healing and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of social function,role function and physical function in the quality of life scale-30(QLQ-30)of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Suspension moxibustion combined with cluster nursing interven-tion after cervical cancer radical hysterectomy can promote postoperative recovery of patients,alleviate patients'bad mood,promote their self-efficacy level,reduce postoperative complications such as deep vein thrombosis and urinary retention,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
