聚焦解决模式下的心理护理在高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者中的应用
Application of psychological nursing under the solution-focused model in patients with hypertension complicated with anxiety and depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing under the solution-focused model in pa-tients with hypertension complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 132 patients with hypertension com-bined with anxiety and depression admitted to the Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(66 cases)and the experi-mental group(66 cases)by random number table method.In the experimental group,2 cases were excluded due to the loss of follow-up during the study,and 64 cases were finally included.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experi-mental group was given psychological nursing under the solution-focused model on the basis of the control group.Anxiety,depression,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and quality of life instruments for chronic diseases-hypertension(QLICD-HY)were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in anxiety score,de-pression score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,QLICD-HY scores and total score between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression,systolic blood pressure and diastolic depression of experimental group were lower than those of control group,and the scores and total scores of QLICD-HY were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing under the solution-focused model can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with hypertension combined with anxiety and depression,improve the effect of blood pressure control,and promote the improvement of quality of life.关键词
