脊髓损伤患者心理弹性现状及其相关影响因素分析
Analysis of psychological resilience status and related influencing factors in patients with spinal cord injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods A total of 82 patients with SCI admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The baseline data questionnaire was designed to conduct detailed statistics on the baseline data of all patients,and the mental resilience level of all patients was evaluated(Connor-Davidson resilience scale[CD-RISC]).The CD-RISC scores of SCI patients with different data characteristics were compared,and the influencing factors of psychological resilience of SCI patients were analyzed.Results The CD-RISC score of 82 patients with SCI was(56.85±6.14).The results of univariate analysis indicated that there were statistically significant differences in CD-RISC scores among SCI patients with different education level,social support,family caring degree and monthly per capita family income(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in CD-RISC score among different gender,injury degree,age,injury cause,marital status and complications of SCI patients(P＞0.05).The results of multivariate linear analysis indicated that the monthly per capita income of the family was low(B=9.271,β=0.747,t=10.041,95％CI:7.434-11.109)and the degree of family caring was low(B=3.484,β=0.459,t=3.227).95％CI:1.335-5.633),low social support(B=3.396,β=0.444,t=3.121,95％CI:1.230-5.562)and low literacy level(B=6.596,β=0.859,t=15.010,95％CI:5.722-7.471)were the risk factor of mental resilience in SCI patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The psychological resilience level of SCI patients is relatively low,which may be related to low monthly per capita income,low family care,low social support,and low cultural level.关键词
