复发性阿弗他口腔溃疡的病因及治疗研究进展
Research progress on the etiology and treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Recurrent aphthous ulcer,commonly known as"mouth ulcer"in traditional Chinese medicine,is the most com-mon oral mucosal disease in clinical practice,with obvious periodic and self-limited characteristics,often involving the lips,cheeks,tongue,soft palate and oral corner mucosal tissue.The central part of the lesion is sunken,the surrounding is red and swollen,and the surface is covered with grayish yellow or grayish white false film.The etiology of recurrent aphthous ul-cer is not clear,and it is related to many factors.At present,it is believed that low immunity,microbial infection,trace ele-ment deficiency,familial inheritance and other factors are closely related to the occurrence of recurrent aphthous ulcer.There is no specific drug for clinical treatment,so symptomatic treatment is still the main treatment.This article is based on the etiology of recurrent aphthous ulcer,from the systemic medication,topical medication and new treatment technologies of current therapies were summarized,and the latest research targets and immune markers of recurrent aphthous ulcer were re-viewed,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical doctors and researchers to apply and develop drugs for the treatment of oral ulcer.关键词
