Abstract
For the aero-engine control system,in order to improve the speed regulation performance of the engine and ensure safety,a switching control strategy for coordinating performance and safety is proposed,and a bumpless transfer control strategy is designed to solve the problem of the bump control signals caused by switchings.Firstly,the coordinated control problem of engine performance and safety is described as a state tracking switching control problem with limited output and based on the multiple Lyapunov function method,the controllers of the performance loop and the safety protection loop are designed respectively.Then,in order to avoid the damage to the system caused by the bump control signals,a bumpless transfer control strategy based on the adjustable interpolation function is proposed,and a sufficient condition for the stability of the bumpless transfer is given.Finally,the proposed Performance and safety coordination control design based on bumpless transfer strategy for aero-engines is applied to the simulation of aero-engine control system.The results show that the signal change of the bumpless transfer strategy is about 21%less than that of the direct switching control,which shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
