沙棘糖浆联合特布他林对毛细支气管炎患者氧化应激及ANXA1、CysLTs、SP-A水平的影响
EFFECTS OF SEA BUCKTHORN SYRUP COMBINED WITH TERBUTALINE ON OXIDATIVE STRESS AND LEVELS OF ANXA1,CYSLTS AND SP-A IN CHILDREN WITH BRONCHIOLITIS

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of sea buckthorn syrup combined with terbutaline on oxidative stress and levels of ANXA1,CysLTs and SP-A in children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 92 children with bronchiolitis treated in hospitals were enrolled from January 2022 to December 2023 by random number table method.Terbutaline group of 46 cases,ba-sic treatment was combined with Terbutaline sulfate aerosol inhalation solution treatment,sea buckthorn syrup combined group of 46,Terbutaline group was combined with sea buckthorn syrup treatment,clinical efficacy of Terbutaline group and sea buckthorn syrup combined group was compared after treatment.The disappearance time of dyspnea,fever,phlegm relief time,moist rales and cough were recorded in the two groups.Before and after treatment,respiratory compliance,respiratory resistance,tidal vol-ume and respiratory rate per kilogram body weight were detected.The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),cysteinoyl leucotri-ene(CysLTs),surface active protein(SP-A)eosinophilic cationic protein(ECP),associated protein A1(ANXA1),phase protein oxidation products(AOPP)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)were detected.Results The total effective rate was 97.83%in sea buckthorn syrup combination group and 82.61%in Terbutaline group.The total effective rate in sea buckthorn syrup combination group was higher than that in Terbutaline group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of dyspnea,fever,phlegm relief,moist rale and cough in sea buckthorn syrup combined group were shorter than those in terbutaline group(P<0.05).Compared with Terbutaline group,the respiratory resistance of sea-buckthorn syrup combined group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the respira-tory compliance per kg body weight of sea-buckthorn syrup combined group was higher than that of Terbutaline group(P<0.05).The respiratory rate of sea buckthorn syrup combined group was lower than that of Terbutaline group(P<0.05),and the tidal vol-ume per kg body weight of sea buckthorn syrup combined group was higher than that of Terbutaline group(P<0.05).The expres-sions of CysLTs,SP-A,ECP and ANXA1 in sea buckthorn syrup combination group were lower than those in terbutaline group(P<0.05).The levels of AOPP and ROS in sea buckthorn syrup combination group were lower than those in Terbutaline group(P<0.05),and the level of SOD in sea buckthorn syrup combination group was higher than that in Terbutaline group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sea buckthorn syrup combined with terbutaline in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis can reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory damage,reduce airway resistance,improve respiratory mechanics and lung function indexes,alleviate the disease and improve clinical efficacy.关键词
