PROGRESS IN INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT OF COLORECTAL CANCER
摘要
Abstract
Currently,the incidence of colorectal cancer in China is steadily increasing.Surgery and chemotherapy have traditionally been the primary treatment options for cancer patients.However,the prognosis for colorectal cancer has been subop-timal,particularly for those with metastatic disease.Targeted therapy represents a novel approach that has effectively prolonged overall survival in patients with colorectal cancer.This review offers an overview of existing CRC-targeting medications and their potential mechanisms,while also discussing their limitations and future trends.关键词
