微针射频联合蓝极光在青春期后痤疮中的应用效果
Application effect of microneedle radiofrequency combined with blue laser light in post-adolescence acne

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of microneedle radiofrequency combined with blue laserlight in post-adolescence acne(PAA).Methods A total of 84 female PAA patients admitted to the Department of Outpatient,Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Dermatology from January to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divid-ed into control group and observation group according random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated with Clindamycin Solution and Adapalene Gel,observation group adopted microneedle radiofrequancy combined with blue laser light therapy,Clindamycin Solution and Adapalene Gel for topical use.The clinical treatment ef-fect and global acne grading system(GAGS)of the two groups were compared,and the recurrence of the two groups after 6 months was observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,GAGS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of microneedle ra-diofrequency and blue laser light has a significant effect on the treatment of PAA patients,which can alleviatetheir stubborn and recurrent problems,alleviate their psychological pressure and mental burden,enhance their confidence,and improve social benefits.关键词
