Health Assessment Method for Urban Rail Transit Pantograph-Catenary System Based on Condition Monitoring
为提升城市轨道交通行车的安全性和可靠性,基于状态监测技术,构建城市轨道交通弓网健康度综合评价体系.首先,详细阐述弓网系统的作用机理,引入健康度这一评价指标,分析弓网健康度特征.其次,识别影响弓网系统运行状态的关键因素,从监测参数指标和外观状态指标两个维度建立弓网健康度评价指标体系.然后,通过层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,构建4级健康度评判准则.最后,为验证评价体系的有效性,选取沈阳市一条已运营超过5年的城市轨道交通线路进行实例分析.结果显示,该线路各区段的健康度得分在80.1~95.5,故障率为0.008%~0.031%;健康度得分越高的区段,其故障率越低,二者呈负相关.研究结果证实了弓网健康度评价指标体系在监测多维度数据和反映系统潜在风险方面的可用性和有效性,所提出的评价方法能全面、准确地揭示弓网系统的运行状态,可为弓网维护决策提供可靠的依据.
In order to improve the safety and reliability of urban rail transit operation,a comprehensive health assessment system was constructed based on condition monitoring technology.Firstly,the mecha-nism of the pantograph-catenary system was elaborated in detail,the health assessment was intro-duced,and the characteristics of pantograph-catenary health were analyzed.Secondly,the key factors affecting the operation status of pantograph-catenary system were identified,and a pantograph-catena-ry health evaluation index system was established from two dimensions:monitoring parameter indica-tors and appearance status indicators.Then,the weights of each indicator were determined through the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and a 4-level health evaluation standard was constructed.Finally,to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation system,a case study was conducted on an urban rail transit line that had been in operation for over 5 years in Shenyang.The results showed that the health scores of each section ranged from 80.1 to 95.5,with a failure rate of 0.008%to 0.031%;the higher the health score,the lower the failure rate,and there was a clear negative correlation between the two.The research re-sults confirm the usability and effectiveness of the pantograph-catenary health evaluation index system in monitoring multidimensional data and reflecting potential risks of the system.The proposed evalua-tion method can comprehensively and accurately reveal the operating status of pantograph-catenary system,providing reliable basis for pantograph-catenary maintenance decisions.
