水胶体敷料联合改良式电极片在心电监护患者中预防医用粘胶性皮肤损伤的效果
Effect of hydrocolloid dressing combined with modified electrode slice on the prevention of medical adhesionsive related skin injury in patients with electrocardiogram monitoring

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of hydrocolloid dressing combined with modified electrode slice on the prevention of medical adhesionsive related skin injury(MARSI)in patients with hypoproteinemia.Methods A total of 50 patients with hypoproteinemia admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the re-search subjects,and self-control was adopted.The right side of patients was treated with conventional disposable medical electrode slice,whereas the left side of patients received ultra-thin DuoDERM hydrocolloid dressing combined with disposable medical electrode slice and pasted by special tailoring technology.The pain degree,MARSI and skin infection were compared between groups on the 4th day,8th day and 12th day.Results On the 4th,8th and 12th days,the pain degree scores in left side of patients were lower than those in right side of patients,and the pain score in the two groups on the 8th day and 12th day was higher than that on the 4th day,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).On the 12th day,the incidence rate of MARSI in both groups was risen than that on the 4th day,and the incidence rate of MARSI in left side of patients on the 4th,8th and 12th days was lower than that in right side of patients,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of skin infection in right side of patients on the 12th day was higher than that on the 4th day,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).On the 4th day,8th and 12th day,there was no statistical difference in the incidence rate of skin infection between groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing combined with modified electrode slice can effectively prevent the oc-currence of MARSI in patients with hypoproteinemia during electrocardiogram monitoring,relieve the pain of patients in the process of replacing the electrode slice,and reduce the occurrence of skin infection.关键词
