Clinical effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma combined with Pentoxi-fylline in the treatment of complicated ulcer in diabetic foot
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with Pentoxi-fylline in the treatment of complicated ulcer in diabetic foot.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic foot complex ulcer admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with basic therapy and Pentoxifylline Injection,and the observation group was treated with autolo-gous PRP.The curative effect and hospitalization of the two groups after treatment were compared,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The times of dressing change in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the wound healing time and average hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups at 3 and 7 days after treatment was lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Comparative analysis finds that autologous PRP combined with Pentoxifylline can enhance the effective in the treat-ment of patients with complicated ulcer due to diabetic foot.Besides,it can promote wound healing,reduce dressing changes,promote recovery,and relieve pain.关键词
