坤宝丸联合度洛西汀治疗女性围绝经期情绪障碍的效果
Efficacy of Kunbao Pill combined with Duloxetine in the treatment of perimenopausal mood disorders in women
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Kunbao Pill combined with Duloxetine on perimenopausal mood disorders in women.Methods A total of 80 patients with perimenopausal mood disorders admitted to Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group(40 cas-es)observation group(40 cases)by red ball basketball classification.The control group took oral Duloxetine enteric capsules,and the observation group was used in combination with Kunbao Pills.Symptom improvement,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The depression,anxiety and Greene peri-menopause scales in the 4th and 8th week of the treatment in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total response rate of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment evaluation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference(P＞0.05)in the total incidence of bad events of the two groups.Conclusion For patients with perimenopausal mood disorders,the combination treatment of Kunbao Pill and Duloxetine has certain advantages,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has high safety,or further clinical promotion of forestry.关键词
