Comparative Analysis of Railway Passenger Station Design Standards Between China and UK
摘要
Abstract
To enhance the international influence of China's railway standards and improve the formulation and revision of railway passenger station design standards,through horizontal comparison,the differences and reasons for the railway passenger station design standards in China and UK were compared and ana-lyzed from the macroscopic point of view(systematic framework,organization)and microscopic point of view(key contents).The shortfalls of China's current standardization of railway station design in terms of public participation,method of parameter taking,review speed and supervision,station carbon emis-sion reduction design were summarized.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the current situ-ation of China's transportation system construction and the experience of the UK railway passenger sta-tion design standards,suggestions were proposed for improving the standardization and revision of the design standards for railway passenger stations in China:promoting diversified participation,enhanc-ing citizen participation enthusiasm,increasing reasoning and calculation of parameter values,supple-menting principle descriptions,streamlining the process of revision,improving document management and supervision mechanism,and strengthening the management of carbon emissions throughout the en-tire life cycle of stations.关键词
