Effect of Ivabradine combined with conventional treatment on cardiac function and short-term adverse cardiovascular events in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Ivabradine combined with conventional treatment on cardiac function and short-term major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HfrEF).Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with HFrEF admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the drug treatment plan,they were divided into combination group(39 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the combination group was treated with Ivabradine combined with conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,MACE and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).During 6 months of follow-up after treatment,the total incidence of MACE in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Ivabradine combined with conventional treatment can improve cardiac function and reduce MACE in the treatment of HfrEF,and the effect is sig-nificant.关键词
