冠心病患者外周血泛素水解酶22表达同疾病严重程度与SYNTAX评分的相关性研究
Correlation between peripheral blood ubiquitin-specific protease 22 and disease severity and SYNTAX scores in patients with coronary heart dis-ease

Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of peripheral blood ubiquitin-specific protease 22(USP-22),and to ana-lyze its correlation with disease severity and SYNTAX scores in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 180 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from October 2021 to January 2023 and 50 healthy physical examination persons were selected as the research objects.All patients with coronary heart disease under-went coronary angiography and routine blood tests in Shangrao People's Hospital,and they were divided into stable angina pectoris(SAP)group(n=59),unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group(n=51)and acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group(n=70)according to the condition of the disease.And the 50 healthy physical examination persons were selected as the healthy control group(n=50).The expression levels of USP-22 in the four groups were compared,and the SYNTAX scores of the three groups of patients with coronary heart disease were calculated.The expression levels of USP-22 in patients with coronary heart disease with different SYNTAX scores were compared.Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between USP-22 expression level and SYNTAX score and the severity of coronary heart disease(disease type).Results The expression level of USP-22 in UAP group and AMI group were higher than those in healthy control group and SAP group,the expression level of USP-22 in AMI group was higher than that in UAP group,and the expression level of USP-22 in SAP group was higher than that in healthy control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SYNTAX score of AMI group was higher than those of UAP group and SAP group,and the SYNTAX score of UAP group was higher than that of SAP group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Among 180 patients with coronary heart disease,63 patients had SYNTAX score ≤ 22,71 patients had SYNTAX score＞22-＜33,and 46 patients had SYNTAX score ≥ 33.The expression level of USP-22 in patients with SYNTAX score＞22-＜33 was higher than that in patients with SYNTAX score ≤22,and the expression level of USP-22 in patients with SYNTAX score≥ 33 was higher than those in patients with SYNTAX score≤22 and＞22-＜33,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The expression level of USP-22 was positively correlated with SYNTAX score(r=0.645)and the severity of coronary heart disease(r=0.589)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression level of USP-22 in patients with coronary heart disease is significantly higher than that in healthy people,and the level of USP-22 in patients with AMI is increased most significantly.USP-22 level is positively correlated with SYNTAX score in patients with coronary heart disease,which may reflect the disease changes of patients.关键词
