体外冲击波联合温通刮痧疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果
Clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with warm scraping therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with warm scraping therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 94 patients with KOA admitted to Jiujiang Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(47 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the observation group was treated with warm scraping therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,knee function(Lysholm knee score),pain degree(visual analogue scale[VAS]),hemorheology indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in Lysholm knee scores,VAS scores,hemorheology indexes level,and the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm knee scores and SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treat-ment,and the Lysholm knee score and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the VAS scores and hemorheological index levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The VAS score and hemorheological indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of extracorporeal shock wave combined with warm scraping therapy in the treatment of KOA patients has a good effect,which is conducive to reducing pain,improving knee joint func-tion and blood circulation,and improving the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
