手法按摩联合中药灌肠在产后盆底肌筋膜疼痛中的应用效果
Application effect of manual massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in postpartum pelvic floor myofascial pain

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of manual massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine en-ema in postpartum pelvic floor myofascial pain.Methods A total of 150 patients with postpartum pelvic floor myofascial pain in Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual massage,and the observation group was treated with manual massage combined with tradi-tional Chinese medicine enema.Subjective pain,pelvic floor muscle tenderness and pelvic floor muscle strength were com-pared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the scores of subjective pain and pelvic floor muscle tenderness in two groups were lower than those before treatment of the two groups,and the scores of subjective pain and pelvic floor muscle tenderness in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength in both groups were better than those before treatment of the two groups,and the pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion Manual massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema can significantly relieve postpartum pelvic floor myofascial pain and improve pelvic floor muscle strength,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
