25-羟维生素D水平与儿童支气管哮喘控制的关系研究
Study on the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and bronchial asthma control in children

Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation of 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-[OH]D)levels with bronchial asthma control in children.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma admitted to the Heze Medical University from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the pediatric health clinic during the same period were included as the control group.Fasting venous blood of 3 ml was col-lected in the early morning,and the 25-(OH)D level of children were detected by chemiluminescence microparticle im-munoassay.The observation group was divided into vitamin D deficiency group(31 cases)(25-[OH]D<20 ng/ml).There were 43 cases in vitamin D deficiency group(20 ng/ml ≤25-[OH]D ≤30 ng/ml)and 26 cases in normal vitamin D group(25-[OH]D>30 ng/ml).The 25-(OH)D level in the observation group and the control group was compared,and the asthma control rate of different 25-(OH)D level groups was compared.Spearman correlation analysis were used to analyze the cor-relation between 25-(OH)D level and bronchial asthma control rate in children.Results The 25-(OH)D level in the obser-vation group was(17.93±4.42)ng/ml lower than that in the control group(42.93±5.69)ng/ml,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The asthma control rate of different 25-(OH)D level groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)The asthma control rate of vitamin D normal group was higher than that of vitamin D deficiency group and vitamin D deficiency group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).The asthma control rate of vitamin D deficiency group was higher than that of vitamin D deficiency group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).Spearman analysis showed that 25-(OH)D level was negatively correlated with bronchial asthma control rate in children(r=-0.637,P<0.05).Conclusion Low expression of 25-(OH)D level is an important factor in the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma in children,and is negatively correlated with the control rate of bronchial asthma in children.It has high application value in the correlation analysis of asthma disease control and prediction,and it is recommended to be popularized.关键词
