iRoot SP封闭剂单尖法根管充填治疗牙髓根尖周病的临床效果
Clinical effect of iRoot SP sealer single-cone obturation root canal filling in the treatment of pulp and periapical diseases

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of iRoot SP sealer single-cone obturation root canal filling in the treatment of pulp and periapical disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with pulp and periapical disease in the School of Stomatology of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group received iRoot SP sealer single-cone obturation root canal filling,and the control group received vertical compression filling with AH Plus combined with thermoplastic adhesive.Root canal filling effect,single canal filling time,pain degree and periodontal indexes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the effect of root canal filling between two groups(P＞0.05).The filling time of single canal in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).On the 7th day after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Three months after treatment,the indexes of plaque index(PI)and papillary bleeding index(PBI)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the indexes of probing depth(PD)and clinical attachment level(CAL)were shorter than those before treatment,and the indexes of PI and PBI in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the indexes of PD and CAL were shorter than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion IRoot SP sealer single-cone obturation root canal filling can shorten the filling time,relieve pain and improve periodontal indexes.关键词
