环氧树脂类糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管对牙髓病及根尖周炎患者疼痛及炎症因子水平的影响
Effects of epoxy resin paste plus dental gum tip filling root canal on pain and inflammatory factor levels in patients with pulpitis and periapical pe-riodontitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of epoxy paste AH-Plus paste plus gum tip filling root canal on pain and inflammatory factors in patients with endodontic disease and periapical inflammation.Methods A total of 68 patients with endodontic disease and periapical periodontitis admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January to De-cember 2023 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into reference group(34 cases,44 teeth)and observa-tion group(34 cases,45 teeth).The reference group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste plus dental gum tip filling,and the observation group was treated with AH-Plus paste and dental glue for root canal filling.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,inflammatory factor level and periodontal index of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)values after treatment of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,interleukin-4(IL-4)values were higher than those before treatment,and IL-4 val-ues in observation group after treatment were higher than those in reference group,and VAS score,TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP values were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Af-ter treatment,periodontal attachment loss(AL),gingival bleeding index(BI)and periodontal pocket probing depth(PD)in both groups were lower than before treatment,while after treatment,each index value in observation group was lower than that in reference group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with endodontic disease and peri-apical inflammation,the effect of filling root canal with AH-Plus paste and gum tip is better,which can better relieve the in-flammatory response and reduce the degree of pain,to improve the periodontal status of patients.关键词
