新质生产力视域下高职院校工匠精神培养对策
Countermeasures to Cultivate Craftsmanship Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要
Abstract
Higher vocational colleges are an important base for training high-quality skilled talents who adapt to the development of new quality productive forces,and the cradle of great country craftsmen.It is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to cultivate craftsmanship spirit from the perspective of new quality productive forces,but there are still some problems such as insufficient concept understanding,imperfect mechanism,imperfect major,curriculum and teaching materials.Liaoning is rich in resources for cultivating craftsmanship spirit from the perspective of new quality productive forces.Higher vocational colleges should promote the concept and perfect the mechanism;integrate the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit into every link of major,curriculum,teaching materials and classroom;build a team of teachers with craftsmanship spirit;create the campus craftsmanship cultural atmosphere;strengthen the mechanism for cultivating craftsmanship spirit by linking industry and education;develop a diversified evaluation system;increase investment in hardware and software;strengthen international exchanges and cooperation.关键词
