生态疏浚淤泥固化改性材料性能与微观结构试验
Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Modified Dregded Sludge Materials

Abstract
Development of modified materials from dredged Sludge is one of the main ways to realize sludge utilization.In this paper,the dredged sludge resources utilization was researched by experiment,and the influence of the admixture type,dosage of the admixture,curing temperature curing age on the strength development,mineral component,reaction products and micromorphology of dredged sludge were stud-ied by compressive strength test and XRD,TG/DSC and SEM technique respectively.The results show that dosage of admixture and the cu-ring age of modifier has significant effects on the mechanical properties of the solidified sludge.The compressive strength of the specimen in-creases with the increase of the modifier dosage and curing age,and the maximum value of compressive strength is 8.3 MPa.The results of XRD,TG/DSC and SEM show that the flocculent geopolymer gel is formed by the reaction of clay minerals and the modifier,and the material structure is more compact and uniform.关键词
