Overview of the Wooden Slips Unearthed in the Arid Northwest Region and Research Progress on Related Disease,Conservation and Restoration
摘要
Abstract
The wooden slips were discovered in the arid environment of Northwest China are a special type and an important part of the slips unearthed in China.These slips are numerous and extremely high value,while they encountered from complex diseases.The scientific research on these issues is relatively limited.The conservation work is progressing slowly,and the techniques used are not systematic,which significantly restricts the display and use of these cultural relics.This project conducted an overview of the wooden slips discovered in the arid environment of Northwest China,including investigation of the types and characteristics of the materials and the types of diseases,etc,and analyzation of the existing challenges in the process of conservation and restoration.Methods for protection and restoration were proposed and discussed for future direction.关键词
