摘要

Abstract

In the process of long-distance horizontal and slightly inclined operation,the indentation rolling resistance is the main reason for the energy consumption of belt conveyor.Therefore,the formation mechanism and influencing factors of rolling resistance in decompression depression are analyzed,which is of great significance to reduce rolling resistance in depression and improve the efficiency of belt conveyor.Based on the three-element Maxwell solid model,the rolling resistance of indentation was theoretically analyzed.With the help of Ansys Workbench finite element software,the indentation rolling resistance of under different loads was simulated and analyzed,and a set of test-bed was built to test the rolling resistance of indentation.The influence of load on the rolling resistance of belt conveyor was studied.The results show that with the increase of load,when the load value is less than a certain limit value,the increase of rolling resistance is small,and when the load exceeds this limit value,the increase of rolling resistance is significantly increased.Compared with low belt speed,the rolling resistance of high belt speed is more obvious.
