Abstract
Chain bucket continuous ship unloader is an important equipment for bulk material unloading in port.In this paper,the working principle of continuous ship unloader is introduced in detail,and the influence of different parameters on material taking capacity and lifting capacity is analyzed,and the corresponding capacity calculation was obtained.To ensure the smooth unloading of the equipment during operation,the running state was analyzed,and the control of productivity after overload and the setting of running time were obtained.Meanwhile,the filling rate of the chain bucket was monitored in real time through the image acquisition system,and the system load was calculated,thus realizing the real-time monitoring of productivity and further ensuring the smooth production.The analysis results provide a basis for the design and control of the lifting system of the continuous ship unloader,and also a method to analyze the state of the lifting system.关键词
