组合光源对茶银尺蠖成虫趋性的影响OA
Effects of Combined Light Sources on the Tropism of Scopula subpunctaria Adults
茶银尺蠖是茶园的优势害虫之一.为探索茶银尺蠖新的防治方法,在室内环境条件下研究10组不同波长的光源组合对茶银尺蠖雌、雄成虫趋向行为的影响.结果显示,茶银尺蠖对光颜色的选择因光源组合不同而发生变化,不同的光源组合中,雌、雄成虫的趋向选择存在差异.总体上,雌成虫对黄光和橙光的趋向率较高,其次是蓝光和紫光,雄成虫对蓝光和紫光的趋向率较高,其次是橙光和黄光.根据研究结果可制作橙色、黄色、紫色和蓝色的诱集器或使相应波长光源对茶银尺蠖雌、雄成虫进行诱集防治,构建绿色茶园.
Scopula subpunctaria Herrich-Schaeffer is one kind of the dominant pests in tea gardens.In order to explore a new control method of S.subpunctaria,the effects of 10 different wavelength light source combinations on the tendency behavior of female and male adults of t S.subpunctaria were studied in indoor environment.The results showed that the choice of light color of S.subpunctaria varied with the combination of light sources,and the trend selection of female and male adults was different in different combinations of light sources.In general,the trend rate of female adults to yellow light and orange light was higher,followed by blue light and purple light,and the trend rate of male adults to blue light and purple light was higher,followed by orange light and yellow light.According to the results of this experiment,orange,yellow,purple and blue traps or corresponding wavelength light sources can be made to trap and control the female and male adults of S.subpunctaria,and a green tea garden can be constructed.
