Abstract
It is a common phenomenon that the oil in the water-guided oil basin of Francis turbine generator set leaks during operation.Besides the oil leakage caused by structural design,evaporation or leakage is also the reason for the decrease of oil in the water-guided oil basin.In order to ensure that there is enough lubricating oil in the water-guided oil basin to cool and lubricate the main shaft and ensure the normal operation of the hy-draulic turbine,this paper studies and analyzes a new automatic oil replenishing device for water-guided bear-ings,and provides analysis and solution idea on how to avoid the tile burning shutdown caused by the sudden lack of oil in the water guide bearing during the operation of the same type of unit.关键词
