摘要

Abstract

The content of copper,sulfur,silica,lead,arsenic,antimony,bismuth,selenium,tellurium and barium in decopper mud was rapidly determined by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.Through the optimization of X-ray fluorescence measurement conditions,the dj method for matrix calibration and quality control management can meet the requirements of production index control.The results show that the relative standard deviation of the method is in the range of 0.41%~3.01%,which is basically consistent with that of the general volumetric method.
