摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the issues of low efficiency of information acquisition,high cost of information management and low level of infor-mation service in the work of land acquisition and resettlement for hydraulic engineering works construction,based on the"internet+cloud architecture"system,supported by WebGIS technology and database management system(DBMS),and adopting object-oriented Java EE development platform,AOP and other software development technologies,a set of life cycle information system for resettlement of hydraulic engineering projects was developed.This system provided comprehensive data services such as dynamic collection,processing,storage,anal-ysis,management,decision support,display and information release for various stakeholders including resettlement management agencies,project owners,design units and resettlement communities,meeting the business needs of the entire lifecycle of resettlement project of hy-draulic engineering works.The system had been practically applied in projects such as the Heishanxia Hydro-Junction Project on the Yellow River and Guxian water conservancy Project,significantly improving the level of data management and utilization efficiency in resettlement work,and achieving good economic and social benefits.
