数字经济对劳动力跨区域流动的影响
Impact of Digital Economy on Cross-regional Labor Mobility
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020,this paper uses the extended shift share coef-ficient model to measure the cross-regional labor mobility,and empirically analyzes the non-linear impact of labor force mismatch on the relationship between digital economy and cross-regional labor mobility.The study results are shown as below:The labor force mismatch has a non-linear regulating effect on the relationship between digital economy and cross-regional labor mobility.The influencing mechanism is that digital economy affects the inter-regional labor mobility by adjusting the regional labor force mismatch level.However,with the continuous improvement of the regional labor force mismatch level,the"sick"influx of labor force may occur in the region.Heterogeneity analysis results show that when the regional labor force mismatch level is high,the development of digital economy will inhibit the inflow of high-caliber talents and tertiary industry workers.关键词
