开放经济体的投入产出表和模型:基于进出口内生化的视角
Input-output Tables and Models for Open Economies:From the Perspective of Import and Export Internalization

Abstract
The proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal and the attention to the global value chain make the in-put-output technology widely used again.The traditional input-output table and model originate from the material product balance table of the planned economy,which basically follow the traditional assumption of the closed economy,and cannot adapt to the real development situation such as economic globalization and the internationalization of carbon emissions.Guided by the principles of the system of national economic accounting,this paper is based on the import and export internalization to propose the input-out-put table and input-output model of the open economy.The research shows that input-output technology is more systematic,more comprehensive,and more accurate to reflect the attributes of the economy itself because of the addition of foreign sectors.The in-put-output table and model of open economy provide a new idea for expanding input-output technology and lay a foundation for wider application of input-output technology.关键词
