摘要

Abstract

In the context of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,the integration of new energy power systems has led to increased instability of the power grid.In this case,the pumped-storage power stations are crucial for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.However,the traditional maintenance plan is no longer suitable for the functional requirements of pumped-storage units in the new power system,and there is a certain contradiction between the maintenance plan and rules and the current load adjustment window period of the power grid.Therefore,a technical solution including state assessment,trend warning,and system development is proposed for the flexible maintenance project decision-making of pumped-storage power stations.The final project decision-making module construction plan can comprehensively evaluate the necessity,level,project and duration of flexible maintenance,effectively improve maintenance efficiency,and enhance the reliability and service capabilities of pumped-storage power stations in the new power system.The research results have been successfully applied to actual power plants,and provide scientific and reasonable guidance for maintenance decisions of pumped-storage power stations.
